With Bria you can enjoy High Definition Voice and Video calling as well as Instant Messaging on your Mac, PC, iPhone, iPad, or Android device.

This page will guide you through connecting Bria desktop softphones available from http://counterpath.com.

For the best experience when using Bria with your PC or Mac get a high quality USB headset and avoid bluetooth devices, it makes a big difference. You must create a unique extension for each device.

Automatic Configuration (recommended)

When you launch Bria for the first time login with the email address and password associated with your extensions.

• Login Server: bria.ironvoice.com
• Username: <email>
• Password: <password>

Manual Configuration (advanced users)

Create a new account in Bria using the information provided in the authentication box under your extension's advanced settings as follows:

Voice and Video Calling

Create a new SIP account in Bria with the following settings:

• User ID: <username>
• Domain: <domain>
• Password: <password>
• Display name: <extension>

Instant Messaging

Create a new XMPP account in Bria with the following settings:

• User ID: <username>
• Domain: xmpp.ironvoice.com
• Password: <password>
• Display name: <extension>

Instant Messaging is disabled by default, you can enable it on a per-extension basis. For additional assistance with this product, please contact support@counterpath.com.
