Extensions
An extension is an endpoint for a call and can have multiple registered devices in which to send that call.
Calls can be sent to an extension by a direct dial number, a call transfer, a group or queue, or a flow and are handled as follows:
Ring (all registered devices) → Find Me (ring mobile number) → Voicemail → Hangup (or return)
Hint — Phones will work the same from any internet connection, they don't have to be at the same physical location.

Allow user to access this extension in apps. |

Use edge network and secure port, which can improve call quality and reduce latency. |
| Call Waiting |
Enable call waiting, otherwise call will jump to voicemail if extension is in use. |
| Forwarding |
Disable call forwarding if enabled by the extension. |
| Do Not Disturb |
Toggles extension's presence state (available or do not disturb) |
Company Directory — The extension name will be used in the dial-by-name directory automatically.

Announce that you have a caller when mobile is answered giving a choice to accept or reject the call. |
Unanswered Mobile Calls — When Mobile Connect is enabled and mobile calls are not answered after 16 attempts, this feature will automatically be disabled until re-enabled by the user or an administrator.

Device will automatically answer all calls (useful for analog adapters and intercom systems). |

Service side N-Way conference calling (unlimited participants). |
Multiple Extensions, Same Phone — It's easy to configure multiple extensions on the same device, just enter the same MAC address for each extension and reboot.
Same Extension, Multiple Phones — To connect two phones to the same extension, just enter two different MAC addresses for primary and mirror.
Registration Limit — Each extension can have up to 3 registrations for multiple desk phones and/or soft phone apps on your computer, smartphone, or tablet.
