Flows bring all of your virtual phone systems components together to route calls.
Flows are incredibly powerful and can be as simple or complex as you need.
You control how calls are processed by dragging and dropping (and rearranging) components into a tree.
Each flow has an open and closed tree as well as 7 (0 through 6) caller selectable option trees.
Simply drag and drop things like Schedules, Prompts, Groups or Queues in the order in which you want the call processed. Feel free to experiment to get the desired results.
| Directory | Enters the interactive dial-by-name directory, based on names defined for your extensions |
| Wait | Wait for caller to dial an option or extension |
| Hangup | Terminates a call |
| Loop | Sends the call back to the beginning of the tree |
| Restart | Sends the call back to the beginning of the flow |
| Return | Returns the call to the previous location |
There are 7 caller selectable option trees for each flow (0 through 6).
A caller must choose to switch to these trees by selecting an option during a wait action or prompt playback.
Use the Numbers page to route numbers to flows.
