The Right and Left display control keys can be used to toggle various settings and * and # or 1 can be used for special characters such as a period or dot.
Every device has a unique hardware (media access control or "mac") address, a 12 character string usually located on the bottom, for example: 0A:BC:DE:F1:23:45
If provisioning is unsuccessful you may have out of date firmware or a discontinued model, in these cases you must use http for the ServerType.
Factory Reset
To return a Polycom VVX or Poly Edge phone to factory settings, press and hold the 1,3,5 dialpad keys simultaneously.
After a few seconds you'll be prompted for the password which will be your account pin.
If the password is unknown, use the hardware (mac) address in lower case and no punctuation.
